Hubby’s Exercise

I am so glad that hubby has started to exercise regularly. I have mentioned that he has diabetes and he has gained lots of weight last year. He started this new year with his resolution that he would start exercising by walking and jogging. Well, now that the first month of the year is almost over, I am quite glad that he is fulfilling his resolution. No need for Diet pills fat burners at all. Well, he is also minimizing carbohydrate intake. Less brown rice consumption and no more sodas!

I just hope he continues on for the next coming months!
