Are you homeschooling? Do you love making artworks? Then this is your chance to submit your artwork and join a benefit art exhibit by Philippine Homeschoolers from Homeschool @Alabang and Homeschool @Valle Verde as they unite their efforts in pursuit of sharing hope for the hopeless.

StART Hope is the first ever art exhibit curated purely by homeschooled students in the Philippines. The exhibit will run from January 7, 2017 until January 26, 2017 at Kanto Art-Run Space, 2nd floor, Makati Cinema Square, Makati.

The art exhibit is in coordination with Rotary Club District 3830. It aims to bring hope for the children of Wishes of Aid and Limbs for Kids Inc. The main beneficiary of the event is Nice So who is an artist who has been diagnosed with lupus when she was in grade school. Since then, she has used her artistic talents to help other kids with lupus and other incurable diseases.

Nino Hernadez, an international and local contemporary artist and Ginger de Guia, a professional calligraphist who “colors for a purpose”. will be the other featured artists. Another homeschooler and budding artist, Waby Liberia, will also make her debut in the art scene.

If you want to be part of this encouraging art exhibit, you can submit your artwork of any medium in a canvass size of 16×16 with the theme of hope. Please don’t hesitate to contact homeschoolph.starthope@gmail.com for more information.

Let your art make a difference in the life of others.
