CONNECT: Homeschooling and Intentional Parenting Summit

As a parent who believes in intentional parenting, I am always in the lookout for books and conferences which can inspire me to become a better parent to my children. Now that both of my children are in their teens, I must learn and adjust my parenting alongside them. That is why I am excited to attend the online conference of Educating for Life titled CONNECT: Homeschooling and Intentional Parenting Summit or CHIPS this July 3-5, 2020.

There are over 30+ speakers both for parents and for the children. To see the full list of topics and speakers, please click here. I am personally looking forward to the following talks:

INTENTIONAL PARENTING: BEING ON THE SAME PAGE by Jayson and Kat Lo

THE BRAVE WRITER LIFESTYLE AND HOW IT CAN HELP YOUR FAMILY, WHETHER YOU HOMESCHOOL OR NOT by Julie Bogart

TEACHING BOYS AND TEACHING GIRLS: TOWARDS A BETTER UNDERSTANDING by Andrew Pudewa

INTENTIONALLY INTEGRATING FILIPINO HERITAGE IN YOUR HOME CULTURE by Grace Gaston-Dousel

MY CHARACTER IS SHOWING: BUILDING A FOUNDATION THAT WILL PREPARE KIDS FOR REAL LIFE by Bernard Marquez

What’s more is that my daughter is also looking forward to attending the following talks:

FOR TEENS: HOW HOMESCHOOLING PREPARED ME FOR MY ADULT LIFE by Bethany Padrelanan

FOR TEENS: HOMESCHOOLING IS COOL: A HOMESCHOOL GRADUATE’S POINT OF VIEW by Jewelle Villarisco

Unlike past conferences, I don’t have to worry that I might miss some of the sessions since I can access the all 30+ talks for 30 days as long as I attend at least one of the summit days. All these for a very reasonable amount of 1,500 pesos only. It is truly an investment worth making for my family. If you are interested to register, click the registration page. Deadline of payment is until  June 30 but if you pay before June 25, you can get to attend the bonus talk titled “Flavors of Homeschooling: Online Edition”. You get to learn more about homeschooling and its different methodologies!

I’m excited to learn, be inspired to homeschool, and become a better parent! “See” you there!
