Azkals!

We went to watch the Azkals game vs Turkmenistan last Tuesday. But before the game, we were able to go to the hotel and meet with some of the players at the hotel lobby. We were all very excited to have our picture taken with them and they were all very accommodating and friendly.

Here are the pictures with some of the Azkals.

It was truly a memorable day for the family!

Go Azkals!

Our family has been fans of the Philippine Azkals since we watched our first live game in 2011. My son has become a fan of this sports. He is our Mr. Football here at home.

Just recently, we got to watch the game of the Azkals vs Singapore.

Though the Azkals only scored a draw with Singapore, we are very happy to be part of the crowd!

Memorable Family Moment with the Azkals!

The family had a great bonding moment last Sunday as we were able to watch the Philippine Azkals game against Sri Lanka in Rizal Stadium!

It was a great experience as the whole crowd was rooting for the Philippines to win! Not only that, as the game began, the rain also started to pour… we were seated at the bleachers without any cover so everyone was drenched in the rain but no one left the bleachers and after half an hour, the rain finally stopped.. everyone didn’t seem to mind that everyone was drenched.

My kids enjoyed the game and they were excited to experience passing the big Philippine flag around the stadium!

I certainly will not forget the memorable moment we had last Sunday… hope my kids will always cherish it as well!

Football with Kaya FC Academy

My son has been training with the Kaya FC Academy at Cuenca, Ayala Alabang Football field for the past 4 months now. We are there twice a week and have been happy to see him play his best almost every session. He  loves football and  aspires to be a UFL football player or even become part of the Philippines Azkals someday. So it is important that he get quality training and develop discipline at an early age – this is the main reason why we chose to enroll him in Kaya FC, even if it is quite far from us.

We also allowed him to try out for the Kaya Elite team last month. Though he didn’t make it to the Elite team, it was a great learning experience for him. I was glad to see him accept disappointment with possitivity and this made him train better with the team. He also got to play in a mini-tournament and that has been a wonderful experience for him as well.

I don’t know what the future holds for him, but I trust and pray that God has plans. If it involves football, then it is good. But if ever it doesn’t, I choose to believe that the time, money and effort we are investing in football training will not go to waste. Character training and learning the value of commitment is something he learns everyday and for that – I am grateful.

It is inspiring to see that even at a young age, one can be passionate about something and strive to do their best.

Football Training Schools

Since his training last summer, my son has been requesting for a consistent football training. So we have been researching and asking around. Here are some of the football training schools we found. Just click on each school to see their schedules and fees.

Kaya FC Academy

Loyola Meralco Sparks FC

GOM Pro Skills

Chelsea Football Club Soccer School

Azkals Global Football Academy

Total Football School PH

For our son, we have decided to try Kaya FC Academy. We chose it because of some good feedbacks from parents who have enrolled their kids there. Schedule and venue is more convenient for us too.
