I Need to Exercise!

As a mom, we always want the best for our kids. But we should also remember to take care of our bodies. We need to be healthy so we can care for our family for many more years. Just like the question of what we should use to trim down our weights. I believe that the safest fat burner is still to exercise!

I admit, I haven’t been doing much walking since we homeschooled this year. Well, aside from the fact that we don’t go out walking often since school is just here at home, there are too many sicknesses out there this year like flu and dengue so the kids and I just opt to stay home more often.
I probably should encourage everyone in the family to take at least once a week walking exercise. It would be good for all of us…


Most women are looking for safe effective diet pills, but not me. I am not the type who spends so much time on diet pills as I know the true secret for an effective diet is to eat less carbs and exercise! I haven’t really had much time exercising lately due to the unending house chores that is lined up but I guess cleaning the house can be a form of exercise too as I sweat excessively while I perform these tasks 🙂 Another form of exercise for busy moms like us is to walk and run with your kids while they ride their bikes! Do you have any other exercise suggestions?
