I Need to Lose Weight

Since I gave birth to my youngest 2 years ago, I haven’t had the chance to go on a diet. I breastfed until he was 22 months old. After a few months, I had already begun trying to lose some weight. I try to cut down on my rice intake. I was quite successful at first since I lost a few pounds, but I think I have gained weight again. I think its the snacks I eat and the leftover food from my toddler which allowed me to gain weight again. I think I need to drink a bit of green tea again and eat protein bars instead.
