A Christmas Ballet

When I saw that Ayala Malls together with Step Dance Project will do A Christmas Ballet concert for free in several Ayala Malls, I was really excited that they were doing it in Alabang Town Center. Since we live in the south, it was more convenient for us to watch the show there. So when December 4 came, I was really grateful that hubby’s schedule allowed us to watch the 6pm show.

It was a good thing that we arrived early at the venue. We needed to donate at least 3 cans of canned goods or toiletries per person to get a ticket for the show. The canned goods was going to a charity that Ayala Town Center was supporting. We were just in time for The Nutcracker story telling activity.
The first part of the concert showcased Pinoy Christmas. It was fun to see Pinoy Christmas traditions and they danced to Pinoy Christmas music too. My kids get to appreciate the pinoy Christmas songs!

The next part of the show, the dancers showcased excerpts from The Nutcracker.

My daughter really enjoyed the show… so did my son 🙂 There was even a meet-and-greet session at the end for people who bought some sponsored products I think 🙂

Thanks to the sponsors for making this show a possibility!
