Goals Achieved for 2011

The year 2011 is about to come to an end. Before saying goodbye to this year, I would like to look back at the goals I have set for the year and see if I have achieved any of them.

Here are the goals I have set for 2011:

>Spend at least 30 minutes every day reading the Word of God and in prayer – Glad to have been able to have a more consistent prayer and Bible reading time daily this year! = ACHIEVED!

> Do something for others. Be involved in helping others in whatever capacity – I took the challenge of doing something handmade for someone; Sharing blessings with others. = ACHIEVED!
> Teach my son to read. – My son started to “formally” study this year and I am glad that he can read words with short vowel sounds already!  = ACHIEVED!
> To continue in homeschooling my kids. = ACHIEVED!
> Start contributing to SSS and Philhealth. = ACHIEVED!
I am very glad to see that with the help of God, I was able to achieve the goals I have set for this year. It is encouraging to see that life has not been aimless for the year that was. I am truly grateful to the Lord for His guidance and inspiration for 2011!
Were you able to achieve your goals for 2011 too?

  1. Glad to hear that you’ve achieved your goals for 2011, Chris! I can’t say the same for myself. I got too busy with work that I forgot one very important thing this year, which is to pamper myself. Next year, maybe!
