Just before the new year, we were blessed to have been given tickets to watch Disney on Ice in Araneta Coliseum. It was quite a nostalgic event because I remember watching ice shows with my parents when I was still small during the Christmas season. Now, it was my turn to go and watch with my kids. When we got to Araneta Coliseum, the line going inside was already long and there were lots of families. Everyone was in a festive mood and excited to get inside the coliseum. When we got inside, there was yet another long line going to our designated seats. But everything was worth the wait when the lights opened and the show began.

I really enjoyed Disney on Ice – Let’s Celebrate! It showed the different celebrations we all do in the year, from birthday to halloween to Christmas and so much more! It was fun seeing all our favorite Disney characters up on stage together!

After the show, we drove to Ayala Triangle Gardens to make sure we wold be able to catch the last night of The Light and Sound Show over there. Thankfully, we reached the garden just in time for the last show of the last day!

The show was spectacular! The lights “danced” to the tune of familiar OPM Christmas classics and after awhile, it “danced” to foreign Christmas carols. It was truly an amazing experience!

The shows we went to provided great entertainment for us but moreso, it provided wonder family memories to us!

How about you? What are your unforgettable mommy moments for the week?
