Weight Loss

Before giving birth to my 2 kids, I was already 10 pounds overweight from my ideal weight for my height. Now, 5 years after giving birth to my first child, I am almost 20 pounds overweight. I have not regained my pre-pregnancy figure.Being a stay at home mom, I don’t have the time to go out and exercise at the gym. My usual exercise are those that include cleaning the house, caring for the kids, bringing and fetching Kyla from school, gardening and doing the laundry. I am glad that my weight has gone down a bit from last month!After seeing the ads of diet and weight loss meal replacements, I was thinking of actually trying them out! Maybe they can help me to slim down a bit more. Instead of my usual snack, I can have something healthy yet non-fattening.
